As youngsters, we loved the clean and newly tiled floors in the suite, along with the spacious balcony and view of the lake. the big shower and comfortable bed were also highlights. the managers, Mihaela and her sister, went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel had the style and decoration you would expect from a 4/5-star establishment. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Despite nearby parties, when we closed the windows, the noise was eliminated. the restaurant terrace overlooking the lake was lovely, and the staff were helpful and attentive. the cleanliness and availability of Wi-Fi were also appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station to Mamaia, making it easy to explore the area. It is also very close to the beach, allowing for quick access to the sun and sand. the restaurant terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. the lunch-dinner policy, where guests receive a voucher to spend as they please, provides flexibility and a variety of dining options.

The entrance and surrounding areas of the hotel could use some refreshing touches.

Parking on sight, but hard 2 get in n out due to the none functioning of the electric barrier, other then that was okay

Staff was very nice and helpfull, the room (apartment- room + small living) was clean, not very big, but big enough for two persons. Good isolation - there was a wedding in the hotel and a party at the pool next door, if the door of the balcony is closed, nothing can be heard. Location was ok - more towards the begining of Mamaia, but about 5-10 min walk to the center. Beach is nice around the area and you just need to cross the street to get there. Lake view was nice. Tennis courts just next to the hotel.

The breakfast is rather poor and not such good quality. The restaurant should be more "friendly" looking and have, also some smaller (2-4 persons)tables, not only the big round wedding tables. Also, the shower cabbins didn't look so well maintained, you couldn't close the cabin doors completely. Maybe some more shower gel and shampoo should be provided, on the house.

Good breakfast and fresh food. Noise from nearby parties is blocked when windows are closed. Lovely terrace by the lake. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Wi-Fi available.

The hotel was in a fantastic location with close proximity to the beach and the beautiful view from the room was breathtaking. The breakfast provided an ample amount of options and the staff were very helpful and nice.

The experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing considering it was New Year's Eve. The walls were thin and the party in the adjacent room was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning view of the lake and the clean sheets and towels at the hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was close to many restaurants and shops in the area. the managers were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay much more enjoyable.

I was disappointed that the restaurant did not serve lunch and dinner and had to find somewhere else to eat. The bathroom was not well-maintained and had damaged doors and tiles, and the toilet was slightly smaller than normal.
